Move out cleaning checklist

The home should be empty and in clean condition. Cleaning issues are not normal wear and tear under any circumstances.

If the home is not satisfactorily cleaned, has trash or abandoned items including furniture or even cleaning products, charges will be deducted from your security deposit.

Trash removal is a minimum of $150.
