Sheila Walth- Managing Broker
Prior to starting Gatehouse Properties in 2008 Sheila had a 23 year career in leading sales and marketing teams in the telecommunications industry. She brought her focus on customer satisfaction from her previous background to property management and loves matching tenants with the mountain properties they have dreamed of. She also loves helping owners to maximize revenues and to make their properties the best part of their investment portfolio.
In her spare time she enjoys dirt biking, hunting, hiking, skiing, and anything else that keeps her outdoors.
Katie Metzger
Katie Metzger joined Gatehouse Properties in August of 2017. Prior to that, she was a stay at home mom with 2 boys who volunteered her free time at Echo food bank in Evergreen for 12 years.
Katie’s job as Operations Manager involves everything from showing properties, taking care of repairs, and assisting tenants with moving in and out of properties. Katie moved to Colorado in 2001 from the Chicago area. She enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, dirt biking, hiking and all that Colorado has to offer.
